Transfering a license

We have a copy of Intel® Cluster Studio for Linux*  Unfortunately, the person who it is registered to no longer works for our organization.  How can I transfer the license to myself?

The similar  situation;

We have a valid copy (license)  of Intel® Cluster Studio for Linux*  Unfortunately, the person who it is registered as adminsitrator  of this license (credentials for manage licenses!) to  is not in our working group.  How can I get  the license admin state to myself?
