Trouble installing MPSS on Ubuntu 12.04 - mic driver not loaded

Can anyone provide me an updated link/procidue, which i can follow to set up mpss-3.3.3 on my Ubuntu 12.04 machine?

I was hoping that someone in the broader community could answer you.

Unfortunately, we do not work with Ubuntu and can't offer any suggestions.
