UBUNTU Firefox

When I try to register and downlod IFORT for the use of VULCAN NASA larc CFD program I get the error message from Firefox:

"The page isn't redirecting properly
Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.
* This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept
cookies."

I am in UBUNTU 10.10 and I am using Firefox to download the IFORT compiler to run VULCAN.

Please can someone help me?
