USB 3.0 54mm Super Speed Express Card recommendations for Alienware MX18 R1 Laptop

Hi There, can anyone recommend a USB 3.0 54mm Super Speed Express Card for Alienware MX18 R1 Laptop that actually works?

I've just tried installing this card bought off Amazon:

CSL - USB 3.0 SuperSpeed PCMCIA Express Card (54mm / 2 Port / Windows 7 + Windows 8 compatible) for Notebook Laptop | Internal USB 3.0 Hub

But its not reading the camera when I try to install the camera manager, firmware and drivers :(

When I try to connect just a normal USB 2.0 drive, it just keeps making  connect and disconnect chiming noises.

System Spec:

Alienware MX18 R1

8 x Core i7 2960XM CPU @ 2.70Ghz

2x GTX 580m in Sli

16 GB 1600 Ram

2x SSHD 1TB in Raid

Windows 8.1 (fresh install)

I've got the Camera to work on my desktop workstation with a new USB 3.0 PCIExpress adapter and Faceshift 2015 beta, so I know its not a faulty camera.

Is it visible/detected in device manager under USB??

I asked one of my friend and he recommended the below ,

But i would suggest, try to fix the existing card before buying the new one
