After upgrade to version 3641, I cannot add any plugin with attached error message. Does it the bug of XDK and how to solve it? Thx.

I recommend you reinstall 3641 by downloading it from http://xdk.intel.com. Also, you might want to remove the existing install in the /Applications/Intel XDK.app folder (move it to the trash).

Hi Charles,
Are you working behind the firewall?
If so, please check your proxy setting and retry.
The git repo you wanted to access may have been temporarily down.

Dear Byoungro,
Actually, I haven't had the firewall behind. Also, I have direct download the v3641 from Intel site and re-install it again, but still no luck. Do you have any other suggestion to find out the problem? Thx.

Charles -- what OS are you using? Windows, Linux, Mac? Also, have you tried running the XDK on another machine or from another network?

Hi Charles,
Do you have a problem with only this particular plugin or any other plugins, too?
The problem is that the "git" tool does not function on your machine.
You could try the solution in this link:

Please let us know if you still has the issue.

Dear All,
I am using Mac OS Sierra version 10.12.1. After read all the hints, I have tried to download the plugin and import it to platform, it worked. Actually, I have installed this File opener2 in pervious platform v3552 before, after upgrade I cannot do it. Since I am using Iconic framework (Iconic is still support in version 3552), it stated Intel will not support it in future, I am not sure it caused this problem.
Br/Charles
