Despite repeated tries over several days i'm unable to successfully download this to completion:
Intel® AMT Software Development Kit (SDK), https://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/download-the-latest-intel-amt-software-development-kit-sdk
Download always gets cut somewhere between 20-100 MB (out of 315MB), usually around 50 MB. I don't have any dl issues towards anywhere else (verified with GB's of data troubleshooting this issue).
It's not possible to use a download manager due to how the licensing works. Any browser has not been able to Resume (tried IE11, Chrome, Firefox, Opera).
Is it possible there is some Akamai issue? I'm currently in South-East Asia and things resolve to
Pinging e11.b.akamaiedge.net [23.9.192.37] with 32 bytes of data:
Reply from 23.9.192.37: bytes=32 time=3ms TTL=57
I have troubleshooted this issue with the local ISP already and they're stymied -- there are no problems towards/from anywhere else. Any Intel employee is welcome to contact me by email, tried logging a report at support.intel.com and got the runaround to use resources here. Can this be downloaded over ftp somewhere, or other error detecting protocol?
