Unable to install the Intel RealSense SDK

Hey guys, 

I am unable to install RealSense SDK. On launching the installer I get : "One of the installer plugins is not loaded."

Kindly help me with this.

Hi Aditya,

Could you please check if your Windows* 8.1 system is N or KN edition? If so, please install Microsoft* Media Feature Pack from Microsoft official site: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=40744 . If it is not your case, please attach installer logs from %temp%\micl_tmp_<your_pc_login>\* for us to continue investigation.

            This is kumar from india, Where are you from. Send your mail id , actually i am also recently start working for intel real sense with unity3d software.  I have purchased a latest intel with real sense in built device. I installed Intel Real Sense SDK there is no issue occuered.

And can u send ur system specifications.And download latest INTEL REAL SENSE SDK.Ok
