Unable to transfer license

My teammate transferred the license to me but I was not able to see it in The Registration Center and now my teammate does not see it either.

Hello,

Please send the Serial number of the license via Send Author a Message. I will assist you with the license transfer. Please provide the original owner's email and the new owner's email as well.
