Hi,
I am working in Oracle, India.
We are facing an issue while upgrading our oracle product in Windows. Some of the dll files of our oracle product are getting used by the Intel @ Platform Administration Service utility which is present in that machine . Due to this, while upgrading our oracle product , installer is asking to stop "Intel @ Platform Administration Service" and continue.
If this service is stopped, the upgrade installation is going forward.
Its puzzled that both intel application and oracle application are different products. How the dll's of the oracle product are used by Intel utility.
Please let me know, if you have information regarding this issue.
Regards,
K.Thirumaleshwar
