Use of license after it is expired

Hello,

Can you, please answer the following question:

Say, I buy floating license for some product for one year. After this period is passed can I continue use original version of this product (and only not alowed to use new versions of that product). Or I'm not allowed to use this product at all?

Same question for single user license.

If I am allowed to use this product without renewal, is it possible for me to move license server to other machine (hardware) or to move the single user license to other person in the same organization?

Thanks in advance.

Yes, You can use the License. Its just that you'll not be able to upgrade to the newer version of the products. You can also transfer the License to another person (in your company), but as I said, he/she cannot use the latest version of the product
