VT-c includes a number of components, making it difficult to provide a simple answer. Here's a link providing details:

Case in point, VMDqrequires three things: (a) hardware support from particularnetwork interfaces, (b) driver support, (c) VMM support.
I'm asking internally about which VMMs support VT-c. Stay tuned.

VMDq (10G and 1G) is supported by VMware ESX 4.0 and Xen 3.4+. Look for other VMM vendors to follow suit in the nearfuture.
