Virtual Machine Licensing

For the various licenses in the software development tools EULA:

  • NONCOMMERCIAL USE
  • NAMED-USER
  • NODE-LOCKED
  • FLOATING

Which licenses allow the use of tools running on a virtual machine?

We do not support VM environment, however in the past customers have used floating license and named-user (node locked) successfully for such.
