Website re-direct after selecting download from email

After building a project and receiving and email, if I click a link in the email, the project downloads without a problem, however I am redirected to a web page called actiondirectuk at www.action-direct.co.uk. This happen every time irrespective of being on Android or iOS. 

Is this standard practice.

That should not be happening. What email client/app are you using to open the download link for the APK or the IPA?

I'm using Safari on iOS and Mozilla on Android to download the apps.

I just did a test on Android and no such re-direct is happening. When I touch the link in gmail it opens Chrome on my Android device. But then because it's just a download, I see the last page that Chrome had open, during that download. Perhaps the same thing is happening for you? It looks like a redirect but it's just the most recent page that is open in Mozilla? Because there is no "page" associated with the download, it's just a URL pointing to a file stored on Amazon S3.
