When sharing a built application email does not have download links

When sharing a built application email does not have download links for the different items 

my personal email display as:

But when sharing the item on the shared email account it displays as follows: (with no download links)

We've found the reason for the problem in the backend and have rolled-back the changes that caused the problem. Should work now.
