Where can I download the SINIT AC module for XeonE3_16xx or E5_26xx serise

Could you please help to answer for these item for clearfy, many thanks.

 1.Where can download the SINIT AC module for XeonE3_16xx v5 or E5_26xx serise v4, I cannot find the SINIT module with this site: https://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/intel-trusted-execution-technology

2. Does the XeonE3_16xx v5 or E5_26xx serise support for SINIT module, if yes, where can I download it?

3.Does we can use the the non Xeon SINIT AC module for TXT? with Xeon E3 or E5 series CPU.
