Where can I find additional info about Intel Xeon E5 QuickData technology?

I'm working with an Intel Xeon E5-2670 v3 and I'm developing a driver for  IOAT - QuickData (DMA device) on QNX but I need more info.

The only Intel documentation I’ve found, the Xeon E5 v3 product family datasheets. Vol 2, has the register layout, but no operational description, descriptor formats, etc.

I have found all required info in Linux kernel but, where can I find these details on Intel datasheet/documentation?
