Intel Customer Support tells me, "Questions related to technical and software issues are best covered through our forums", a not-so-subtle suggestion that I should be posing my question to a forum and NOT to them, so here it is:
I want to upgrade to Intel Parallel Studio XE Cluster for Windows, BUT the C drive on my Windows 7 desktop PC is full. I am concerned that the installer may be biased to drive C, even though my D drive has 860 GB of free space. Can anyone tell me if Intel's Parallel Studio XE Cluster edition installer is flexible enough to allow installation onto EITHER a C drive or a D drive, at the user's selected choice?

You would need to select the option to customize installation. Then it should give you a chance to specify an install path.
