[Windows] Common Bug in XDK ( cant create project, unresponsive, laggy, etc ) -> Possible solving method

Hi, this is my first post.
My friend introduce me to Intel XDK, a month a go while i still using windows 7. At the first time everything was fine, until everything went wrong.
Like :

1. Cant create a new project.
2. Unresponsive
3. Laggy.
4. Etc ( probably )

My friend gave me some advice that i should upgrade to windows 10, because he said XDK is fully optimize in 8 and 10. So i upgraded my win 7 to 10, and nothing happen, still buggy. But yes, its so fast, windows 10 is awesome ( lol ).

Im thinking, maybe there is a problem with the windows firewall, to prove my assumption, what i did are :

1 ) i disconnected  my pc from the internet, and yes it work fine, but you cant choose "sample and demos" , and of course, XDK is pushing you to log on , but thats ok, its uncomfortable. But it worked. You could disconnected your pc while you want to create a new project, and connected again when you working on it , its working fine in win 10, but not in win 7.

2 )The second thing i try is to put some new rule in windows firewall "inbound and outbond" .

Windows Firewall - Advance settings - [Inbound/Outbond] rules -  New rule - Program - [XDK Path] - Allow the connection - ( all checked [domain, private , public] ) - Name - Finish.

And Voila! All the problem that i had before is gone ( at least for now ).

Hope the XDK developer work about this issue in the next update. And hope u guys that have a problem like me is happy right now. Thank you for being patience since english isnt my first language. Go IntelXDK!

Regards,

RPS.

PS : Oh ya, i also tried to allow specific port that XDK use, which is 58889 , and but it doesnt work.
