We have a permanent Fortran Windows license for which support had expired.
When we recently (22 Sept 2015) restarted the license server the license file was reported as invalid so we can no longer use the license.
We tried updating the license server software and regenerating the license file but the license was still rejected as invalid
We are in the process of purchasing new a new support contract but in the meantime I expected we should still be able to use the permanent license.
Could you look into this please?

Hello,
Can you get some debug information from the license server? You can do this by setting the INTEL_LMD_DEBUG environment variable (set INTEL_LMD_DEBUG=C:\Temp\lmdout.log) and trying to run the compiler. After getting the error, please send the file or contents to me in a private message.
Thank you,
Jennifer

It looks like your license has been upgraded. If you need any help updating your existing licenses or have further issues with the license server, you should now be able to open a ticket in Intel(R) Premier Support.
Thanks,
Jennifer
