Wrong font face for tag again!

Have to bring this issue up again -- tag does not use fixed font and in all browsers the bottom margin/padding for

 block is way too small! Come on people, please fix that stylesheet already!

Furthermore, when in HTML mode, pressing the Submit button results in an Error on page in the IE status bar (following text is wrappedin

 block so it should be in fixed font face such as Courier New):

This is the end of

 block and it is obvious that its bottom margin/padding is too small.
