ok this is quite funny to say, but i've noticed that the build server stops working after 14:30 pm (GMT+9 tokyo), why i say this?
well my work ends at 5 pm here, and everyday when i try to compile after 4:30pm the compile never ends, the green thing just keep spinning and never finishes the compilation, right now it is 4:49 pm and the compilation i started at 4:31 hasnt stopped spinning.
happens on windows, and mac, both never finishes it so i have to cancel at 5:00 when i leave my office, dont know until when this lasts, but next day seems to work fine again until 4:30.
very weird!

Can you be more specific as to which platform(s) are failing to build? Each platform is built from a different server, so it would be helpful to know WHICH platform and name of the app that is failing.

yup, ive done more extensive testing on the compiling issue, it happens only on ios builds, and it happens dialy, from 4:30 pm (GMT+9), used 10 computers, different setups (mac, ios, virtualized) different internet connections (ground, wifi, LTE, 3G) and all computers gets stuck on the spinning green thing, after 15 to 20 minutes building, it ends in a build failed "unknown error" screen.
the problem isnt the build because at the next morning the same projects gets compiled successfully without touching anything.
this is interesting and curious issue!

What email address are you building with? I dont see this account having a ton of failed builds recently, only 6 so far this month.

i posted last week and now it seems it didnt posted at all lol
ok the fact is, im using this very same email, and perhaps the system isnt showing the failed builds because i get tired of waiting and close the process, thus not letting the application display the error dialog, (wich says, an unknown error, so not really helpful)
as for today, i let the builds consecutively fail since 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm (right now) you will see 5 fails in a row, the fifth still is spinning but i will let it finish and display the error log so you can trace the problem with the build server or get a clue on what is happening on this weird issue haha.
hope the gathered data on my build list sets some light about this, because it keeps happening, everyday, at the same times.
p.s. the last build i said has just finished, and of course it failed, this message displays:
as i said before, it is not faulty assets since i can keep building the very same project without tampering anything on it at morning, until 4 pm when it starts to fail again.

Looking at the build logs and your email address, I was able to deduce there is SoMeThInG going on in the wee hours of the morning with the iOS build servers. As of right now, I cant offer you any advice. We are going to attempt to dig into it, but need additional data from another failing session. So if you want to help, fail a bunch of builds tonight :)
Tomorrow we hope to investigate and see what is going on.
Thanks!

And again... What's the problem?
The customer is angry, and thinks I'm bad worker.
But I really just can't finish my iOS build. Green spinner rotates about half of a hour and nothing happens.
Project weight is small: about 4mb, code without errors.
Restarting XDK can't help.
UPD: Now all builds correct, but sometimes problem apperas as before.
P.S.: Sorry for bad english.
