Hello,
I have not been able to change my password in the Dashboard -> Personal Profile -> Edit Profile -> Change Password form. After entering the current password and the new password, and click the submit button, the form gives the error: "The old password you typed in is incorrect". I notice that just after clicking submit the number of dots in the old password text box increases (dots hiding the characters); not sure if that is a significant symptom. I am pretty certain I have correctly enter the old password as I used it to login to the Intel site and access my dashboard. I was able to change my password in the profile form several months ago. I have tried used Chrome and Internet Explorer and both give the same error.
Should I be able to change my password through the dashboard?
Thanks for your help.
Regards,
Greg

Hello,
Thank you for your report.
To change password:
https://www-ssl.intel.com/content/www/us/en/my-intel/sign-in-help-idam.html
https://www-ssl.intel.com/content/www/us/en/my-intel/forgot-password.html
I will investigate why 'change password' is not working from the dashboard.

Hi Devorah,
Thank you for the link to the Sign In FAQ page. The change password link there worked for me; password updated.

Greg
