cannot detect hand tracking (intel realsense camera)

hello, i want to disgust about my problem. 

my realsense camera cannot detect hand tracking, if my hand close with the camera about < 1 cm, the camera can detect my finger but not clearly, if i compare with my friend cameras, my infrared light is very dim. please gibe me a solution.

I try this software but after I install and run then the program encountered an error like  "program not responding" and I try in another computer the problem is the same. please give me a solution.

ivcam finally able to walk, and the result remains the same, it does not look anything dark.like this.

if my hand approached distance of 1 cm, the camera can be detected like this

Try setting the motionrangetradeoff parameter to 100, and laserpower to 16.
