chage/host data for floating license

these instructions for changing a floating license are very clear; But the we page that displays registered licenses is broken and does not diplay any of my correct licenses. NONE of the license that I have registered display on the Intel web page. BUT If I select to CSV download my license informatin, then all the correct informaiton is retrived. Since the self service web page for changing host IDs is BROKEN how can I get my host IDs changed for registered floating licenses?

Could this be related to upgrading serial numbers? There is a known issue documented here:
