clients getting invalid license from flexlm licensing server

Hello,

Recently purchased and registered a 2 user floating license for the following product(s):

Intel® Manycore Platform Software Stack (Intel® MPSS) for Linux*
Intel® Threading Building Blocks (Intel® TBB) for Linux*
Intel® Integrated Performance Primitives (Intel® IPP) for Linux*
Intel® Math Kernel Library (Intel® MKL) for Linux*
Intel® C++ Compiler for Linux*
Intel® Fortran Compiler for Linux* 

After installing/configuring the flexlm licensing server and attempting to activate the license server the following error is showing on the client:
