commercial distribution of xdk and xdke files in project status

Can I distribute XDK project including xdk and xdke files for commercial purpose? (Still not compiling to apk or ipa)

Can I ask what you are trying to accomplish?
Are you trying to sell a template that you created to other users?

The xdk and xdke files aren't well suited to redistribution, for technical reasons, not legal reasons. At minimum, you need to zero-out the GUID in the <project-name>.xdk file to insure your project is imported properly and doesn't conflict with other project GUIDs.
