It looks like there is a proxy issue that is not allowing the XDK to checkout the plugin. Try downloading the plugin and importing it as a local plugin.

if you are doing a local import, you need to place the downloaded plugin outside the 'www' directory or your 'plugins' directory.

@Ganesh -- you have to create a provisioning file with your Apple Developer account and add it to your project using the Build Settings on the iOS tab on the Projects tab.
