sleep mode in windows universal app

Ciao
somebody knows the way to "active or not" the sleep mode (standby) in windows phone mobile (I use universal app).
I tried INSOMNIA cordova plug-in but didn't worked...

Some suggestions.

I would search the internet for "cordova windows sleep resume plugin" or something like that.
