dcm can't install firmware upgrade.

I am trying to bring up SR300 under Windows 10. Device manager shows 2 imaging devices (RGB and depth) and USB devices show SR300 camera. I am trying to install dcm. Installer detects that a firmware upgrade is required. After I authorize it, firmware install fails with error code -25. How do I troubleshoot this?
