error when attempting to activate

when I attempted to remote activate a new installation of Intel Fortran, I got an error

No License Lock(s) entered yet where required but not prompted

, and no license file

I then re-started the installation process and the installer was able to find the internet this time I got an error "Activation rights do not allow this software to be installed. This could be due to expired subscription or incompatible serial number"

I don't understand either error

Check at https://registrationcenter.intel.com to see that your license is current, and download a copy of the license file in case it may help.

If you need further assistance, support should be more readily available at

Okay, I think I was able to register that serial number, but I don't see where to find the license file for it...

The software installer still returns the following error when I use the auto activation.

"Activation rights do not allow this software to be installed. This could be due to expired subscription or incompatible serial number"

There should be an option, when you check your supported products on that site to email you a fresh copy of license file, if you wish, as well as showing you the validity of the license.
