evaluation license activation without root access

Hi 

I am trying to install an evaluation version of Intel(R) Parallel Studio  XE 2017 Composer Edition for Fortran Linux. I don't have root access. The message in the GUI is

"You can also install an evaluation version of this software without root by obtaining a license file via email."

How do I get an evaluation license file emailed to me?
