I have a similar problem, but I have a mobile intel 965 Express Chipset Family integrated graphics.
If I use Firefox or play games when the following message appears "Windows - Display Driver Stopped Responding. Theigxprd32 display driver has stopped working normally"and "Save yourwork and reboot the system to restore full display functionality."
I tried older and newer drivers, but the Drivers didn't help.
Can someone help me?

However, after doing some googling, I have found this:
if you append some of these three things after the "Target:" in shortcut properties, the game will run normally.
-swtnl (software transform and lightning, the processor now does everything instead of the graphics card)
-openg
-d3d (the default, but somehow if it is not there, it will CRASH)
It has to look like this one:
"C:Warcraft IIIFrozen Throne.exe" -d3d
I am using the third one, but I have to admit that once the driver crashed EVEN with the third one in place. But I think that was just a coincidence.
I know that GM965 (x3100) is not intended to run games. But with the previous version of the driver it WORKED, so why it shouldn't keep working in the newer ones?

So either you have to use the older driver as was said in the second or third post, or you use the "-swtnl" or "-opengl" flags.
