So I've bought Visual Fortran with the IMSL libraries. I've been trying off and on for a few days to activate it. The process simply fails When I found the article imsl-install-fails-with-remote-activated-license (title from memory, probably off a bit), I thought I was set. But when I register the serial number at the Registration Center, I just get:

We have experienced a critical error in our authentication system.
I tried several times and the message repeats. Come on guys, this shouldn't be this hard. I'm supposed to be able to start the software before everything blows up on me.
