intel_rs_sdk_r4_websetup_6.0.21.6598 install failed

Hi, 

I was trying to install intel_rs_sdk_r4_websetup_6.0.21.6598 on my computer and I keep getting the error Failed to extract configuration files and then I have to close it. 

I have the offline up and running just no javascript. 

I asssume that has something to do with the websetup. 

Any reason this would happen ?
