We have boughtIntel Software Development Suite for Windows,
Linux and MAC OS* Classroom(Floating, 25 seats per OS) in 2009. Recently the hard disk of server machine was damaged. So we replaced the old disk with a new one. After we reinstalled the OS on the new hard disk, we tried to reinstall the Intel Software on the same machine, but the softwarepromptedthat serial number is expired. How can I fix the problem? Pls help me. Thanks.

Hi Daniel,
I only see one VTune single-user license under your account. Could you please remind me under which email those floating licenses are registered, so that I can find them and resend them to you? If you have the serial numbers, that's even better.
