support ends in the past ?!??

Hi,

I just purchased an upgrade for the C++ compiler - Item No: I23I75101B01D C++ Studio XE f/Win Upg SSR. I got the the confirmation mail with the license key information and registered/downloaded the XE Studio. Then I got a mail with a new .lic file but ...

"Thank you for renewing your support services for the Intel C++ Studio XE for Windows*. Your new renewal license file (.lic file) is attached to this email. It entitles you to Intel Premier Support services and product updates through May 31, 2007."

2007 ??!, So I even can't get the current, already available fixes and updates ?
Does the support not start with date of purchase ?

Service and Support Renewal starts from the end date of your last subscription, as it is explained in this article: http://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/renewal-period-start/
