intel.xdk.device not working after upgrade to version 3491

After upgrading to version 3491 for mac the devices plugin doesn't seem to be working.

The following code is causing problems:

var deviceUUID = intel.xdk.device.uuid;

It fires the following error

Uncaught ReferenceError: intel is not defined

I have tried removing and reinstalling the plugin, but this doesn't work.

Any help would be appreciated.
