invalid binary

Hello, I am working on an app for my school and got to some problem on uploading the app to the app store:
fail

The file to IPA also only fill 2,98 MB, when the APK fill 24,6 MB.
In the stars we didn't have the fail to upload it to the test flight, but there we have a fail with, it not run the script.
ps. We don't add any plugins other than them there are at the start.

sorry for my bad writing, but english isn't my first languages.

hope for any ide'ers there may can help thanks in advance.
