How long it actualy takes to get the respond of keystore request? I e-mailed html5tools with all information, but still no respond.

Hello, same question. I sent an email with keystore 4 days ago. May I know when will it be updated? I sent request from 2 emails because for some reason one of my email goes to SPAM folder pretty often -_-.
