I have the same problem as Alander on 04/01/2013 - 00:05 (Message #2). I lack the licence file, the response mail just gave me

a product serial number. When I try to register my software download I receive a ``already registered'' notice. Can you help me

to obtain a license file ?

Dear Feilong H.

          I have the same problem as the original posters. I just receives a serial number without a license file. I want to install C++ Composer XE on a machine which does not have Internet connection. So I need to provide license file during the installation process. I have tried to register the product in 'https://registrationcenter.intel.com/regcenter/register.aspx' , and it tells me it will send an E-mail to me. But I can not receive the e-mail. Please help me, thank you very much!
