missing products

My name is Justin van de Ven, and some products that I have registered (especially the Academic Research Performance libraries) do not show up on my Intel online profile.  This has complicated things, as I can no longer access downloads to install all software that I have licensed.  One possibile cause is my use of multiple email accounts.
