motmon.exe What is it and why was it installed?

After installing Fortran 6.5, a mysterious program call motmon.exe was installed in my Program Files area under C:Program FilesMotive. It crashed... there are no readme's or other explanations as to what it is?

This is not part of the Visual Fortran product - it must have come from something else you installed.
