There are 3 products licensed and listed under my Intel ID. All 3 are under current warranty. Only 1 allows me to manage it, the other two have the letter "i" in the columns where manage should be. How can I manage the other two products? I am trying to upgrade the product on the hardware where it is installed but I need the new license file.
Thank you for contacting support. When I look at the licenses associated with your email address I see quite a few more than just 3 serial numbers. Can you please send me the SN that you do see in a private message and indicate which one you can manage and which you cannot?
