The software license is perpetual so your customer can continue using the software. Remote services, however, are not available for expired licenses. This means that customers need to use the license file instead of the serial# for installation.
Customers without a support contract can get support only via Intel’s user forums If your customer is not able to submit the request through his Intel registration account, kindly ask him to ask for a copy of his license file through the User forum. He should not include his serial#. He will be asked for it offline.
As registered user (even with expired support) you can login to the Intel(R) Registration Center https://registrationcenter.intel.com and download any product version that matches the support period you had for your license.
