new license file after expiry

My Parallel Studio (Linux) expired early 2015. Today when I try to install in a new workstation (previously installed in another one), I found I can't create a new license file online.

Is there anyway I can have a new license file? Thanks.

settled.

I found existing license file can be reused (originally I thought each machine requires its own)
