problem with transferring a license

I want to transfer a Parallel studio license because I'm no longer with the company. But when I logged into my account, I couldn't find the product. I tried to use the register the serial number but got a message saying it's registered already. The license number is ---. Could you check whether it's being registered under my account? Thank you.
