quick question, downloading built app from email not working.

Whenever I click on the link on the email it says: ' {"rtn":"fail","rtnmsg":"user is not authorized"} '

I'm confused as I did this around 10days and it worked perfectly. (Have also re-tried with the app it worked with then and am getting the same error message as above).

No idea what to do. I'm guessing it's a quick fix as I'm new to this,

It's not clear to me if you are trying to download an Android or iOS app. There is a known issue with the iOS download that prevents it from working. Please see this post: https://software.intel.com/en-us/forums/topic/560648

If you are having trouble with something other than Android, please provide more details.

Are you able to log out and back in to XDK with the same login you used 10 days ago? We completed the transition to single sign on Friday. The "user is not authorized" error leads me to believe your identifying information may be out of sync.

sorry my apppreview is also playing up, my new apps that I have synced /pushed files in the test tab are not appearing under 'server apps' .

 

I have also tried via the QR reader and after it automatically opens I am getting a error message of 'unable to retrieve app from cloud server. Did you use the test tab in the...to the server?'

 

Never had this issue in the past.

Regarding post 4, I have just checked that both the app preview and intel xdk software are on the same log in

And have clicked 'sync' in the test tab, and this latest app is still not appearing under my app preview.

You also have to log out of App Preview and log back in as a result of the login changes. Did you also do that?
