"Email licenses to me" not working

Hello,

I'm trying to get the license file to use for composer 2013 sp1 which I need for a project team I am joining.  I purchased a composer 2015 license last month with the understanding that this would give me access to 2013 sp1.  I am following these instruction https://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/older-version-product

The "Email licenses to me" button on the products window is not sending me any emails.  I checked my spam folder.  This seems to be the same problem as https://software.intel.com/en-us/forums/intel-software-development-products-download-registration-licensing/topic/597087

I solved the problem.  I had to register my host under manage license.  After that, I could download the license file.
