My application has not been tested and has been rejected in the apple.
3.5 Details
Additionally, we noticed the app icon displayed on the device and the large icon displayed on the App Store do not sufficiently match, which makes it difficult for users to find the app they just downloaded.
We’ve attached screenshot(s) for your reference.
Next Steps
Please update the small (device) icon to match the large (App Store) icon. When users search for your application on their devices, they should be able to recognize it from the icon on the App Store.
Since the large app icon will be displayed for your app on the desktop App Store, we recommend you provide an attractive, original icon that meets the following requirements for both iPhone/iPod touch and iPad apps:
- 512px square (do not scale-up smaller artwork, as this could appear pixelated and blurry)
- 72ppi, RGB, flattened, no transparency
- High quality JPEG,TIFF, or PNG image file format. (ZIP-compressed TIFF files are not acceptable)
You can also preview image files before submitting them by clicking the filename to view them in a separate window. Note: The small (57x57 for iPhone/iPod touch, 50x50 and 72x72 for the iPad) icon that you include inside the binary will be used on the iPhone, iPod touch, or iPad home screen when installed, and on the device when viewed from the iPhone, iPod touch or iPad.
How can I add these icons?

Ah, I see, you have uploaded your launch icons and splash screens, but have other icons you need to upload, such as a 50x50 tab bar icon and custom 57x57 and 72x72 icons. (Apple HIG April 2015 https://developer.apple.com/library/ios/documentation/UserExperience/Conceptual/MobileHIG/IconMatrix.html)
Is that right?

For custom icons see the instructions for adding this file intelxdk.config.additions.xml which allows you to specify additional icon files. You will find those instructions in: https://software.intel.com/en-us/xdk/docs/cordova-for-ios-build-options
