Have you tried running your application on an iOS 8.4 Device? And have you tried using the on device debugging to help solve this issue?

Sounds to me like you need to file an appeal with Apple and ask for further info on why they are rejecting it. Find out if they are testing on an actual device or a simulator.
Also, if you want, I can send you a UDID to add to the provisioning profile and you can then send me an ad hoc build to install on an 8.4 iphone 4 to see if I can reproduce their issue.
